1. Shipping Policy

  • We ship to over 200 countries worldwide.

  • Some remote areas may be unavailable; if that’s your case, contact us to arrange a custom order.

  • Orders are processed the same day or the next day, depending on the time they are placed.

  • Estimated shipping times by region:

    • United States: 4-8 business days

    • Canada and Europe: 4-8 business days

    • UK, Australia, New Zealand: 4-8 business days

    • Central & South America: 5-10 business days

    • Asia: 5-10 business days

    • Africa: 6-10 business days

  • Maximum delivery time: 10 business days.

  • All times exclude customs/clearance delays.

2. Lost or Missing Packages

  • We offer full compensation for any lost or damaged package.

  • We will reship your order at no extra cost.

  • Contact us at info@love-vook.com and we’ll process your replacement the same day.

  • Lovevook is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before placing your order.

  • If the error is ours, we take full responsibility and will send your original order free of charge.

3. Tracking Information

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on personalized or sale items.

  • To request a return, email info@love-vook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once the item is received.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or color selection.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours after placing it.

  • After that time, your order will already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
