Returns & Exchanges

U.S. Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused items in sellable condition with the original tag still attached for a full refund.
Please note:

  • Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.

  • Do not combine items from multiple orders into one return. Please create a separate return request for each order to ensure accurate processing.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to Return?

  2. Enter your order number and ZIP/postal code.

  3. Select the items you'd like to return.

  4. Choose your return method: via mail or in-person drop-off (if available).

  5. You will receive an email with a QR code or return shipping label.

  • If using a drop-off location: no packaging needed.

  • If mailing: please package items securely (ideally in original packaging).

Refunds
Once the return is received, your refund will be processed:

  • In-person returns: within 24 hours

  • Mail returns: within 72 hours after delivery to our facility
